习主席强调,“军队抓作风建设,最重要的是聚焦能打仗、打胜仗,贯彻和体现战斗力这个唯一的根本的标准,为实现强军目标提供坚强作风保证”。这一论述深刻指出了作风建设与战斗力的本质关系。实践证明,作风连着战斗力,好作风本身就是战斗力;解决影响和制约战斗力建设的矛盾问题,最根本的还是要从作风建设这个源头抓起严起。端正工作指导,真正把务军思战的精力聚起来军队首先是战斗队,战斗力标准也就应成为部队建设唯一的衡量标准。
Chairman Xi stressed: “In capturing the style of work, the most important thing is to focus on the only fundamental standard that can be used for fighting, winning a war, implementing and demonstrating combat effectiveness, and providing a firm style guarantee for achieving the goal of a strong army.” This discourse profoundly points out the essential relationship between style construction and combat effectiveness. Practice has proved that style is linked with combat effectiveness and good style itself is combat effectiveness. To solve the contradictions affecting and restricting the building of combat effectiveness, the most fundamental issue is to start with the source of style construction. Correctly working guidance, the real power of the military to think together gather the army first combat team, combat effectiveness standards should become the only measure of force building.
