工学结合人才培养模式下的高职教学管理体系,是指符合工学结合人才培养模式要求,并且促进这一模式更好地实施的高职教学管理体制和运行机制,工学结合模式的应用可以促进高职院校的持续发展。本文总结了工学结合人才培养模式对教学管理工作的新要求及相应的改革管理模式。
