用氢呼气试验(BHT),测定了13例健康成人对不同食物碳水化和物的吸收率。以乳果糖吸收率为0计,测定结果为:肉末米饭100%、大米98%、馒头85%、玉米58%、红薯30%;食物碳水化合物吸收率与口-结肠转运时间(OCTT)及氢峰值出现的时间(PHT)呈正相关(r分别为0.8790和0.6745);与最高氢峰值(PHV)及产氢阳性(H2>1.8mg/m3)率呈负相关(r分别为-0.6468和-0.8679)。氢呼气试验因安全、无创伤性、重现性好,可以比较准确地测定食物碳水化合物的吸收率。
Hydrogen breath test (BHT) was used to measure the absorption rate of carbohydrates and carbohydrates of different foods in 13 healthy adults. Taking lactulose absorption rate as 0, the results were as follows: minced rice 100%, rice 98%, steamed bread 85%, corn 58%, sweet potato 30%; food carbohydrate absorption rate and oral-colon transit time (OCTT) (R = 0.8790 and 0.6745, respectively), negatively correlated with the maximum hydrogen peak (PHV) and hydrogen production positive (H2> 1.8mg / m3) -0.6468 and -0.8679). Hydrogen breath test due to safety, non-invasive, reproducible, and can be more accurately determine the absorption rate of food carbohydrates.
