α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂是20世纪70年代后期研究开发出来的一类新型口服降血糖药物,通过降低餐后血糖浓度,有效控制血糖水平,从而减少糖尿病并发症的发生。研究表明,植物次生代谢产物具有丰富的生物学功能,如降血糖、降血脂、抗肿瘤、增强机体免疫力等。该文对具有抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性作用的植物次生代谢产物的来源及其作用机制进行了综述。旨在为寻求安全、高效的植物次生代谢产物来源的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂提供参考。
α-glucosidase inhibitor is a new type of oral hypoglycemic drug researched and developed in the late 1970s, which can reduce the incidence of diabetic complications by reducing postprandial blood glucose levels and effectively controlling blood glucose levels. Studies have shown that plant secondary metabolites have a wealth of biological functions, such as hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering, anti-tumor, enhance immunity and so on. This review summarizes the origins and mechanisms of plant secondary metabolites that inhibit the activity of α-glucosidase. The aim of this work is to provide a reference for the search of safe and efficient α-glucosidase inhibitors of plant secondary metabolites.
