早期快速测定混凝土强度是施工现场实行全面质量管理,避免发生重大质量事故,并可以在保证混凝土设计标号的前提下大量节约水泥的重大技术措施。国外早期测定混凝土强度试验方法可分为两类。第一类是测定未硬化混凝土的水灰比,据以推算混凝土强度的方法;第二类是加速养护、早期判断混凝土强度的方法。这两类方法都需要在现场进行(试块养护后可送至试验室试压),因此早期测定混凝土强度方法必须具有:试验周期短、操作简单、设备小型轻便、试验费用低以及试验结果精度高等特点。
Early rapid determination of concrete strength is a major technical measure for implementing comprehensive quality management at the construction site to avoid major quality accidents and to save a great deal of cement under the premise of ensuring the design of the concrete. Early foreign testing methods for concrete strength can be divided into two categories. The first type is the method of determining the water-cement ratio of unhardened concrete, and the method of deriving the strength of concrete. The second type is the method of accelerating conservation and early determination of the strength of concrete. Both methods need to be performed in the field (the test block can be sent to the test pressure after maintenance), so the method for early determination of concrete strength must have: short test cycle, simple operation, small and lightweight equipment, low test cost, and test result accuracy Advanced features.
