目的 观察视网膜脱离硅油取出术后效果及探讨硅油取出的最佳时机。方法 对 42例施行过玻璃体视钢膜手术及硅油填充眼 ,采用平坦部双切口等方法取出硅油。结果 术后视网膜保持复位 35只眼 (83% ) ,7只眼再脱离 ;术后视力 :0 .0 2以上 2 0只眼 (45 % ) ,其中 0 .1以上 6只眼。结论 硅油注入术后 ,如视网膜稳定复位 ,最佳取出硅油时机为 3～ 6个月 ,对可疑视网膜裂孔或发生新裂孔的病例 ,取出硅油前 1月左右行氩激光视网膜光凝。
Objective To observe the effect of retinal detachment after removal of silicone oil and to explore the best timing for removal of silicone oil. Methods Forty-two patients underwent vitreous surgery with silicone oil-filled eyes, and the flat silicone oil was removed by a double incision in the flat portion. Results Retinal reattachment was performed in 35 eyes (83%) and in 7 eyes. Postoperative visual acuity was more than 0% (0%) in 20 eyes (45%), of which 0% or more in 6 eyes. Conclusion After silicone oil injection, such as stable retinal reset, the best time to remove silicone oil is 3 to 6 months. For suspected cases of retinal tears or cases of new kyphosis, argon laser retinal photocoagulation was performed about 1 month before silicone oil removal.
