目的分析老年代谢综合征(MS)患者的左心结构与功能指标。方法连续选择近期来诊的老年MS患者,进行超声心动图左室结构与功能指标检测,并按相同性别、年龄和身高与同期体检结论健康的老年人1 1配对比较。结果共配成26对,老年MS组的LVEDd、LVESd、IST、LVPW和LVWI测量值均明显高于对照组,而Ve、Va和LVEF均明显低于后者(P均<0.01或0.05)。结论老年MS患者左心结构与功能各项指标数据异常明显。
Objective To analyze left ventricular structure and function of elderly patients with metabolic syndrome (MS). Methods The elderly patients with MS were selected consecutively to conduct echocardiographic assessment of left ventricular structure and function. The comparison was made between healthy elderly with the same gender, age and height and the same period. RESULTS: A total of 26 pairs were obtained. The measurements of LVEDd, LVESd, IST, LVPW and LVWI in the elderly MS group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while the values of Ve, Va and LVEF in the elderly MS group were significantly lower than those in the control group (all P <0.01 or 0.05). Conclusion The data of left ventricular structure and function in elderly patients with MS are abnormal.
