协同式脉冲MIG焊因其无飞溅,过程稳定和使用方便而得到迅速发展。但存在电路复杂,适应性不强和柔性差等不足。本文研制了一种微机控制的脉冲MIG焊系统,该系统不但可以实现协同控制,还可补偿由于导电嘴高度变化所引起的一元化参数配合关系的变化,保证一个脉冲过渡一个熔滴。文章还介绍了系统的控制原理及补偿方法。试验结果表明,该系统除具有一般协同控制法的优点外,还对导电嘴高度变化具有较强的补偿能力,简化了硬件电路,增强了该焊机的适应性和柔性。
Synergic pulsed MIG welding has developed rapidly due to its splash-free, process-stable and easy-to-use. However, there are complex circuits, poor adaptability and poor flexibility. In this paper, a microcomputer-controlled pulsed MIG welding system is developed, which not only can realize the cooperative control, but also can compensate for the change of the unified parameter caused by the variation of the height of the contact tip, so as to ensure a droplet transfer by one pulse. The article also introduced the system control principle and the compensation method. The experimental results show that this system not only has the advantages of general collaborative control method, but also has a strong ability to compensate for the height variation of the contact tip, simplifying the hardware circuit and enhancing the adaptability and flexibility of the welding machine.
