我已经93岁,今天,看到我国时间频率基准随着世界各先进国家在这方面的进展,有了快速的发展,从铯束原子钟,到喷泉式铯原子钟,从准确度为10~(-15)数量级,到2014年已被国际计量局认可为并代表了当今世界领先水平的世界基准钟之一的铯原子喷泉钟,感到十分欣慰和自豪。激动的心境不禁让我回想起56年前,我在中国计量院参与时间频率计量基准建立的一些往事。
I am 93 years old and have seen the time-frequency benchmark of our country. With the progress of the advanced countries in the world, there has been a rapid development. From the cesium atomic clock to the fountain cesium atomic clock, from the accuracy of 10 ~ (- 15), it is very gratifying and proud to have been recognized by the International Bureau of Weights and Measures as a cesium atomic fountain bell, one of the world’s leading benchmark in the world by 2014. Excited mood can not help but remind me of 56 years ago, I was involved in the China Metrology Institute of time and frequency measurement benchmark to establish some of the past.
