[目的]为了延缓创制杀菌剂氰烯菌酯的抗药性和扩大氰烯菌酯的应用范围,通过室内活性筛选和田间试验等研究,开发了48%氰烯菌酯.戊唑醇悬浮剂。[结果]室内活性筛选表明:氰烯菌酯与戊唑醇复配在1~6∶1时对小麦赤霉病具有协同相加作用。2011年田间试验表明:48%氰烯菌酯.戊唑醇SC(氰烯菌酯36%+戊唑醇12%)对小麦赤霉病具有优良的防效,在推荐有效成分使用剂量300~420 g a.i./hm2下防效达63.8%~87.5%。[结论]该药剂除了防治小麦赤霉病,还可用于防治小麦白粉病、小麦纹枯病等麦类病害。
[Objective] The study aimed to delay the development of the resistance of the fungicide to the fungicide and extend the scope of the application of the fungicide. Through the research of indoor activity screening and field experiment, 48% of the fungicide and tebuconazole was developed. [Result] The results of indoor activity screening showed that synergistic addition of cyanogenic bacteria and tebuconazole on wheat scab at 1 ~ 6:1. The field trials in 2011 showed that 48% of the fungicide (TB), tebuconazole SC (36% of telazocine and 12% of tebuconazole) had good control effect on wheat scab, and the recommended dosage was 300 ~ 420 g ai / hm2 under the effect of 63.8% ~ 87.5%. [Conclusion] In addition to preventing and curing wheat scab, the agent could also be used to control wheat diseases such as wheat powdery mildew and wheat sheath blight.
