为了进一步加强和改进地勘单位的管理,全面提高地勘单位的素质,地矿部根据国务院《关于加强工业企业管理若干问题的决定》精神,结合地勘单位的实际情况,于1990年7月制定了《地质矿产部地勘单位管理升级试行办法》和《地质矿产部地勘单位管理升级标准》。我队对照“管理升级标准”,经过摸底、测算,制定了管理升级的奋斗目标。通过近一年来的管理升级活动,不但促使我队认真搞好定量指标的达标工作,而且有力的推动了各项管理达标工作的开展。实践证明,开展管理升级活动,是考核地勘单位素质的好形式,是提高经
