3.茶树育种台湾省茶业改良场在十二年中先后育成茶树新品种三批,经审查登记命名者有台茶1~11号,其中四个品种系由天然杂交集团所选出,七个品种为人工杂种优势选出。这些品种分别经过18~40年的选择培育,其选育程序如图所示。这11个品种均为4~8年生的茶树,其中1~4号每万丛的平均鲜叶产量分别为10002斤、7702斤、7912斤、7786斤,对照种青心大有为7726斤;5~6号每株的一芽二叶总重分别为272.3±61.2克,181.0±24.9克,对照种大叶乌龙为195.7±27.0克;7~11号每万株的年平均鲜叶产量分别为26446斤、15918斤、7184斤、8344斤、6804斤,对照种Jaipuri
