The most direct and effective way to fulfill the duty of supervising the market and safeguarding market order is to carry out market supervision and inspection on the spot. For many years, the business sector has played a significant role in market supervision and inspection and maintenance of the order of the market economy. However, market supervision and inspection work is not standardized at present, mainly due to the unscientific market inspection frequency and the unclear market inspection type.
