我们于1991～1992年对新疆7个县(市)的1841人进行了R型布鲁氏菌感染血清学调查。调查结果:R型布鲁氏菌平均感染率为1.63％;S型布鲁氏菌感染率高的地区,R型菌感染率也相应较高,并且农村人群的感染率高于牧区。
We conducted a serological investigation of brucellosis type R in 1841 people from 7 counties (cities) in Xinjiang from 1991 to 1992. The survey results showed that the average infection rate of Brucella brucei was 1.63%. In areas with high brucellosis type S infection rate was also higher, and the infection rate in rural areas was higher than in pastoral areas.
