[目的]检测RhoC和MMP-9蛋白在骨肉瘤中的表达,探讨其临床病理意义。[方法]应用免疫组化SP法检测41例骨肉瘤、19例骨软骨瘤组织中RhoC和MMP-9蛋白表达,分析其与骨肉瘤发生发展及浸润转移的关系及两者的相关性。[结果]RhoC蛋白在骨软骨瘤、骨肉瘤组织中的表达为15.79%(3/19)和70.73%(29/41),差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);MMP-9蛋白在骨软骨瘤、骨肉瘤组织中的表达为0.00%(0/19)和87.80%(36/41),差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);二者在骨肉瘤中的表达和性别无关,和肿瘤有无肺转移及Enneking外科分期有关。两者的表达呈正相关关系。[结论]RhoC和MMP-9蛋白高表达与骨肉瘤的发生发展及浸润转移密切相关,两者的表达具有相关性。
[Objective] To detect the expression of RhoC and MMP-9 in osteosarcoma and to explore the clinicopathological significance. [Methods] The expression of RhoC and MMP-9 in 41 cases of osteosarcoma and 19 cases of osteochondroma were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The relationship between the expression of RhoC and MMP-9 protein with the development, invasion and metastasis of osteosarcoma was analyzed. [Results] The expression of RhoC protein in osteochondroma and osteosarcoma tissues was 15.79% (3/19) and 70.73% (29/41) respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05). The expression of MMP-9 protein in bone The expression of osteosarcoma and osteosarcoma was 0.00% (0/19) and 87.80% (36/41), respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) Tumor with or without pulmonary metastases and Enneking surgical staging. There was a positive correlation between the two. [Conclusion] The high expressions of RhoC and MMP-9 are closely related to the development, invasion and metastasis of osteosarcoma, and the expression of RhoC and MMP-9 is correlated.
