长期以来,人们致力于研究缩短可锻铸铁的退火周期,这正是从节能出发的。实际上,缩短退火周期的意义还有:减少高温下的变形,氧化,提高铸件尺寸精度和表面光洁度,减少脱碳层的厚度,降低退火箱的消耗,延长退火炉的使用寿命。简言之,就是能提高铸件质量降低生产成本。对铁素体基本可锻铸铁,综合国内外的研究,主要有以卜几个方面①调整可锻铸铁的化学成分;②孕育剂的合理选配及孕育新工艺的研究;③退火炉的改进以及退火工艺的改进与控制。
