目的了解一种含聚六亚甲基胍和乙醇的消毒液性能。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验、现场试验和毒理试验方法对其进行观察。结果以含4 700 mg/L的聚六亚甲基胍和体积分数为52.30%的乙醇组成复方手消毒液作用0.5 min,对悬液内的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌的平均杀灭对数值均>5.00;作用0.5 min对悬液内的白色念珠菌杀灭对数值>4.00;对手上自然菌作用1 min的杀灭对数平均值为1.28;在37℃温度下密闭90 d,消毒液中的聚六亚甲基胍和乙醇含量下降率分别为4.64%和6.55%。其原液急性经口毒性LD50>5 000mg/(kg·bw),对家兔皮肤无刺激性,对小豚鼠皮肤无致变态反应作用,小鼠骨髓多染红细胞微核试验结果为阴性。结论该复方胍类手消毒液具有良好的杀菌效果与稳定性,属于实际无毒级、无刺激性的消毒剂,具有良好应用价值。
