高职院校是与社会发展相适应的一种提供高等职业教育的学校,和我国普遍高校相比较而言,高等职业教育偏重于培养技术应用型人才,旨在为我国培养一批有一定知识基础且实践能力较强的实用型人才,以满足市场的需求提升我国的就业率。近年来国家对高职院校的包括设备和人才的高度投入出现了一些管理不善、制度不健全等问题,理应引起社会的重视。
