党员责任区活动,是在基层党委领导下开展的党内活动。它是根据单位生产(工作)的特点和党员的分布状况,在一定范围内给党员划定发挥先锋模范作用的责任区域,使党章规定党员必须履行的义务和权利的实现具体化。
Party member responsibility area activities, is under the leadership of grass-roots party committees in the party activities. According to the characteristics of the unit production (work) and the distribution of the party members, it delineated to the party members a vanguard and exemplary area of responsibility within a certain range and made the party constitution stipulate the fulfillment of obligations and rights of party members.
