本文用X-ray、TEM技术研究了60KV、5×10~(17)Ti~+/cm~2注入工业纯铁表面后经CW CO_2激光加热前后的组织结构,同时,用AES对注入层的成分进行了分析。
In this paper, the structure of 60KV, 5 × 10 ~ (17) Ti ~ + / cm ~ 2 implanted into the industrial pure iron surface before and after being heated by CW CO_2 laser was studied by X-ray and TEM techniques. The ingredients were analyzed.
