近年来,随着市场经济的迅速发展,建筑行业的市场竞争也愈来愈激烈,而建筑工程施工管理过程中存在的一系列问题却仍未得到有效解决。基于当前背景环境,如何促进建筑业的可持续发展,相关建筑单位必须切中要害、把握时机、锁定目标、明确方向,并积极采取有效措施解决存在的问题,从而才能提高工程施工的质量与效益。本文对我国房屋建筑施工管理中存在的不足及应对措施进行了详细的探讨,现作如下综述。
In recent years, with the rapid development of market economy, the market competition in the construction industry is getting fiercer and fiercer. However, a series of problems existing in the process of building construction management have not yet been effectively solved.
