市直机关工委在机关党建工作中,起着举足轻重的作用。为把工委建设成为“团结奋进,开拓进取,勇创一流,高效服务”的集体,我们主要采取了以下几条措施:(1)抓班子,率先垂范,增强工委的号召力。为建设一个有号召力的领导班子,我们着重抓了四点:一是贯彻民主集中制原则,坚持集体领导和个人分工负责相结合。班子成员除定期召开会议研究工作、讨论问题外,还经常碰头,互通情报。凡属应由领导集体决定
