一、前言碳氮共渗是向钢中同时渗入碳、氮元素的一种表面强化处理新工艺。这种工艺与渗碳工艺相比,具有处理温度低、热处理变形小、耐磨性好和抗疲劳性能高等优点。因此,近年来在国内得到了迅速发展和广泛应用。我厂生产的红旗牌轿车后桥齿轮,由于采用了碳氮共渗新工艺,解决了齿轮拉毛和早期疲劳的关键质量问题。一九七○年以来,我厂对解放牌变速器齿轮进行了碳层减薄和碳氮共渗试验。在此基础上,由热处理分厂、设计处、工艺处共同组成的试验小分队进行了这次碳氮共渗第二轮试验。这次试验的目的,主要是为了确定变速器齿轮合理的共渗层厚度及适合的金相组织。试验结果证明,选择0.7~1.0毫米的层深,在JT-60井式渗碳炉内,采用860℃对20Mn2TiB 钢
First, the preface Carbonitriding is to infiltrate into the steel at the same time carbon and nitrogen elements of a surface strengthening treatment of new technology. Compared with the carburizing process, this kind of process has the advantages of low processing temperature, small heat treatment deformation, good wear resistance and high fatigue resistance. Therefore, it has been rapidly developed and widely used in China in recent years. The red flag brand sedan rear axle gear produced by our factory has solved the key quality problems of gear pulling and early fatigue due to the new technology of carbonitriding. Since 1970, our factory has carried out carbon layer thinning and carbonitriding test on the gears of Jiefang brand transmission. On this basis, the second round of carbonitriding test was conducted by a test team composed of heat treatment plant, design office and process office. The purpose of this test is to determine the reasonable thickness of the common diffusion layer of the transmission gear and the appropriate microstructure.
