本文对博弈论的基本概念及房地产市场进行了简要介绍。博弈论的应用范围广泛,涉及数学、经济、社会科学、自然等很多领域,但在房地产管理中目前应用较少。本文主要针对博弈在房地产开发商与房地产消费者二者之间进行分析。结论是博弈论在房地产成本管理中的应用会有广阔的前景。
This article introduces the basic concepts of game theory and the real estate market briefly. Game theory has a wide range of applications, covering many fields such as mathematics, economics, social sciences and nature. However, game theory is rarely used in real estate management. This article focuses on game analysis between real estate developers and real estate consumers. The conclusion is that game theory has a bright future in the application of real estate cost management.
