目的:探讨太极柔力球运动对中老年女性脂类代谢的影响。方法:以29名中老年女性为研究对象,分成46-55年龄组和56-65年龄组,进行3个月太极柔力球训练,比较锻炼前后血脂指标变化情况。结果:中老年女性受试者血清甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(TC)均降低(P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)升高(P<0.01),而46-55年龄组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)下降(P<0.05),56-65年龄组LDL-C下降(P<0.01)。结论:太极柔力球运动作为一项有氧健身运动能够改善中老年女性脂类代谢,在一定程度上能预防慢性心血管疾病的发生。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Tai Chi softball on the lipid metabolism in middle-aged and elderly women. Methods: Twenty - nine middle - aged and elderly women were divided into 46-55 and 56-65 age groups. Three months of Tai Chi softball training was performed. The changes of blood lipid levels before and after exercise were compared. Results: Serum triglyceride (TG) and total cholesterol (TC) were lower (P <0.01) and HDL-C (HDL-C) LDL-C in 55 age group decreased (P <0.05), and LDL-C in 56-65 age group decreased (P <0.01). Conclusion: Tai Chi softball exercise as an aerobic exercise can improve lipid metabolism in middle-aged and elderly women, to a certain extent, prevent the occurrence of chronic cardiovascular disease.
