本文首先对云南省资金供给现状和“桥头堡”建设中云南资金需求的影响因素进行了分析;其次建立计量模型对“桥头堡”建设中未来5年云南资金需求和供给进行了预测。结果表明,未来5年云南省资金供需缺口总额为3044亿元-5607亿元,资金总需求和资金总供给二者之间差距是越来越大,不断增加云南省未来的融资压力;最后,就“桥头堡”建设中资金供需平衡提出了对策建议。
This paper first analyzes the present situation of fund supply in Yunnan Province and the influential factors of Yunnan fund demand in the construction of “bridgehead”. Secondly, it establishes the econometric model to predict the fund demand and supply of Yunnan in the next 5 years in the construction of “bridgehead”. The results show that in the next five years, the total gap between supply and demand of funds in Yunnan Province is 304.4 billion yuan-560.7 billion yuan. The gap between the total demand for funds and the total supply of funds is growing, increasing the financing pressure of Yunnan Province in the future. Finally, Proposed countermeasures and suggestions on the balance between supply and demand of funds in the construction of “bridgehead”.
