如何提高加工中心和数控机床的开机率,是发挥其经济效益的重要方面,现将我厂的做法介绍如下: 一、建立合理的计划管理造成加工中心和数控机床开机率低的原因之一是等工待料。有时,需加工的工件已到位,但工装还未齐全,刀具、夹具还在准备之中。起初我厂也忽视了工艺分析与零件计划进度,只强调对典型零件编程,已编程的零件在生产中无计划、无毛坯,不能及时供应工夹具,当然机床效益也不能发挥。
