科学技术的发展促使办公自动化、计算机辅助设计、制造以及互联网的应用越来越广泛,这将使文件从传统的纸质形态转为以电子媒体为主,多数文件将以电子文件的形式而存在.文件载体的这一变化,将给我们的生活和工作带来巨大的变化,同时由于电子文件不同于传统的记录形式,它将在管理形式、管理方法等诸多方面给广大档案工作者提出严峻的挑战.一、电子文件归档中所遇到的问题电子文件不同于纸质文件,其形成和利用均依赖于电子环境和技术,因此其使用和档案管理都不同于传统文件.
