设计年产24500吨铝及铝合金板材的大型铝板轧机,在重庆西南铝加工厂压延分厂投入试生产。这台国内大型铝板轧机,由第一重型机器厂制造、第十九冶金建设公司施工安装,整个工程由国家投资近亿元。铝板轧机除主机外,还有电控、润滑、操作、精整、拉矫和包装系统。整个生产线占地24000多平方米。采用液压和引进的测厚、测压装置控制。产品质量好、生产效率高(每秒高达6米)。该设备从一九八三年七月开始,经一年多时间的安装、调试,通过负荷试车验证,基本达到使用要求。该没备可生产厚为0.5毫米,宽为2800毫米、长可不速限制的铝及铝合金板材。一九八五年本厂已安排了10000吨铝及铝合金各种规格板材的生产任务。这台设备试生产成功,不仅可为国家增加经济效益、而且可缓和目前铝材市场的紧张情况,并为铝材打入国际市场。创造了有力条件。
