在现代英语学习中,词汇的学习无疑是能否学好英语的关键,也是能否学好英语的基础。学生怎么学习词汇,教师如何教学词汇都显得尤为重要。在实际的英语教学中,学生多数感到英语单词难记忆,或者即便记住了也是短暂记忆很快又会遗忘。这就要求英语教师能在课堂上进行有效的词汇教学,帮助学生学习词汇。教师应从多方面,如,学生的认知、心理、策略上综合考虑,能够在词汇教学中不断地培养学生的思维能力,使学生能够自主地利用认知策略记忆单词。英语教师根据已有的教学经验总结出词汇教学所存在的问题,并提出能够提高英语词汇教学的方法。
In modern English learning, vocabulary learning is undoubtedly the key to learning English, but also can learn English well. How students learn vocabulary, how teachers teach vocabulary is particularly important. In actual English teaching, most students feel that English words are difficult to remember, or even if they are memorized, their short-term memory is quickly forgotten. This requires English teachers in the classroom for effective vocabulary teaching, to help students learn vocabulary. Teachers should consider students’ cognition, mentality and tactics in many aspects, such as students’ ability to constantly develop students’ thinking ability in vocabulary teaching so that students can autonomously use cognitive strategies to memorize words. Based on the existing teaching experiences, English teachers summed up the existing problems in vocabulary teaching and proposed ways to improve the teaching of English vocabulary.
