以四氯化钛为原料,通过低温水解法制备出不同物相的纳米TiO2。研究了不同钛离子浓度、乙醇用量、反应温度和反应时间对纳米TiO2晶相的影响,利用X射线衍射和拉曼光谱对所得样品进行表征。结果表明,水解过程中钛离子浓度的变化直接影响到产物晶型的改变,在钛离子浓度较高时,乙醇的存在对亚稳相纳米TiO2的形成具有促进作用。
Using titanium tetrachloride as raw material, nano TiO2 with different phases was prepared by low temperature hydrolysis. The effects of different titanium ion concentration, ethanol dosage, reaction temperature and reaction time on the crystalline phase of TiO2 were investigated. The obtained samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy. The results show that the change of the concentration of titanium ions in the hydrolysis process directly affects the crystal form of the product. The presence of ethanol promotes the formation of metastable nano-TiO2 at higher concentration of titanium ions.
