细胞骨架的共同基本模型是以种属和组织的特异形式表达的。其核心结构蛋白中间丝是高度保守的,胶质纤维酸性蛋白和神经微丝是神经系统中的中间丝成份,它们在肿瘤组织来源的鉴别中有特殊价值。本文报道了从尸检人脑中各别纯化胶质纤维酸性蛋白和神经微丝的工艺流程,经匀浆、抽提人脑组织后,用DE52层析、羟基磷灰石层析,收集经电泳证实的洗脱部分,以分子量、等电点等生化指标鉴定为胶质纤维酸性蛋白和神经微丝。该工艺得率较高。一次可得两个产品,纯度符合免疫组化抗原的要求,并可对分离工艺中降解产物进行纯化。
