需要层次理论是西方人本主义心理学家马斯洛的心理学理论的核心内容。该理论在阐明人的需要的层次结构的基础上,认为人的需要是从低级到高级逐步递进的,强调在人的低层次需要得到满足后必须更加关心人的价值和尊严。这一理论为我们正确认识当前的小康社会建设的重要性和复杂性提供了重要视角。通过这个视角,我们可以看到全面建设小康社会对满足个体合理需要,推动整个社会长远发展的重大而深远的意义。同时,为了使人们的各种合理需要不断得到满足,要求我们必须千方百计地维护社会稳定,必须牢牢把握经济建设这个中心,不断推动生产力的解放和发展,必须以科学发展观为指导,高度重视三个文明的协调发展。
The theory of need hierarchy is the core content of psychology theory of Western humanistic psychologist Maslow.
