国家海洋局监测管理司于1989年12月23～24日在京组织召开了“海洋渔场环境航空测温速报系统鉴定会”。来自我国海洋界、海洋水产界的代表和专家对这一系统的建立给予了很高的评价。 茫茫大海,去哪里捕鱼?这一直是从事海上捕捞生产人员时刻关心的问题。众所周知,海洋渔类的栖息和迥游与海洋环境要素息息相关,而海洋温度是众多海洋环境要素的重要项目之一。因此世界上许多海洋国家对海水温度的分析、速报及预报给予了很大的重视,开展海温速报的手段也很多,一般地主要是利用船舶测报资料发布短时间内的海况速报。近年来随着航空航天事业的发展,人们越来越重视利用飞机、卫星遥感遥测资料来发布海况速报。用飞机进行航空测温,在发达国家已有二十几年的历史,而在我国始于八十年代。
