正当全国人民深入学习、贯彻落实党的十三届五中全会精神,满怀豪情跨入二十世纪九十年代的时候,新中国最早创刊的医学期刊之一的《人民军医》杂志,经军委总政治部和国家新闻出版署批准,自1990年第1期起向国内外公开发行,中央、军委首长和有关领导同志特为此题词祝贺,掀开了《人民军医》历史上崭新的一页。国家主席、军委第一副主席杨尚昆同志的题词是:人民军医。聂荣臻元帅的题词是:办好人民军医杂志,普及军事医学知识。中央军委委员洪学智上将的题词是:弘扬军事医学,为国防建设服务。
As the people throughout the country study in depth and implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the Thirteenth Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, full of pride into the 1990s, the People’s Military Medical magazine, one of the earliest journals published in the People’s Republic of China, Ministry of Political Science and the State Press and Publication Administration approved it. Since its issuance to the People’s Republic of China in the first issue in 1990, the CPC Central Committee and the leaders of the Central Military Commission have commended this inscription and opened a brand new page in People’s Military Medical history. The inscription of Chairman Yang Shangkun, Chairman of the Central Military Commission and the First Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission, is: People’s Military Medical. The inscription of Marshal Nie Rongzhen is: To run a good people’s military magazine, universal military medical knowledge. Comrade Hong Xuezhi, member of the Central Military Commission, wrote the inscription: Carry forward military medicine and serve for national defense construction.
