《中国药典》是国家保证药品质量,保护人民用药安全、有效而制定的法典,应该具有很高的科学性和规范性。而用法与用量项的内容的准确与否,直接影响到药品的正确、安全使用。2005年版《中国药典》一部共收载成方制剂564种,本研究对成方制剂中用法与用量表述存在的问题进行了分析与探讨,主要归纳为儿童年龄表述混乱、表述内容欠全面、剂量单位不统一、栓剂的给药方式不规范、表述语序不规范等几个方面,并提出一些规范与修改建议,以供编写新版《中国药典》时参考。
“Chinese Pharmacopoeia” is the country to ensure the quality of medicines, the protection of people’s drug safety, effective and the development of the Code, should be highly scientific and normative. The accuracy of usage and dosage items directly affects the correct and safe use of medicines. A total of 564 kinds of prescriptions were included in the 2005 edition of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia”. The present study analyzed and discussed the problems existing in usage and dosage of prescription preparations, which were mainly summarized as the chaotic expression of children’s age, the content of the statement was not comprehensive, Dosage unit is not uniform, suppository administration is not standardized, the expression order is not standardized and so on, and put forward some norms and suggestions for revision, for the preparation of the new version of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” reference.
