海南省卫生经济学会成立大会暨首届年会于1990年9月25日在海口市召开.省卫生厅厅长韦少成致开幕词,学会筹委会副主任王春陶作筹委会工作报告.大会选举31人组成第一届理事会,推选韦少成为会长,庄家荣、简梁盛、王春陶为副会长,并推选9名理事组成常务理事会.大会讨论通过了《海南省卫生经济学会章程》、《海南省卫生经济学会1990～1991年工作计划》.
The inaugural meeting of Hainan Provincial Health Economics Association and the first annual meeting was held in Haikou on September 25, 1990. Wei Shaocheng, Director of the Department of Health of the Province, made an opening statement and Wang Chuntao, Deputy Director of the Preparatory Committee, made a report on the work of the Preparatory Committee. People formed the first council, elected Wei Shao as the president, Zhuang Jiarong, Jian Liangsheng, and Wang Chuntao as vice presidents, and elected nine directors to form the standing council. The conference discussed and passed the “Constitution of the Hainan Provincial Health Economics Association”. , Hainan Provincial Health Economics Working Plan for 1990-1991.
