制定合理更换润滑油的标准,充分利用润滑油,是国内外润滑工作者正在研究和急待解决的课题之一。当前,普遍采用的是固定周期换油法。只要到了规定的换油周期,设备润滑油即行更换。采用这种方法时,如周期定得合理,尚能实现良好润滑,保持设备的精度、性能,满足生产要求。但由于周期固定,没有按照设备的实际运转情况,如负荷轻重、工作环境和运转部位的摩擦磨损、润滑状态等影响润滑油污染程度的因素,因此很难作到有效地利用润滑油。要不会产生润滑不良,要不会因换油频繁而浪费人力、工时和材料。
Formulating a reasonable replacement of lubricating oil standards, make full use of lubricants, lubrication workers at home and abroad are being studied and one of the urgent issues to be solved. Currently, the commonly used method is a fixed cycle oil change. As long as the provisions of the oil change cycle, the device is replaced by lubricating oil. When using this method, such as the cycle is set reasonable, still able to achieve good lubrication, maintaining equipment accuracy, performance, to meet production requirements. However, due to fixed cycle, not in accordance with the actual operation of equipment, such as heavy load, the working environment and operating parts of the friction and wear, lubrication and other factors that affect the degree of lubricant pollution, it is difficult to make effective use of lubricants. Will not produce poor lubrication, or because of frequent replacement of oil and waste of manpower, working hours and materials.
