我院五十年的发展历程,既是一部艰苦奋斗的创业史,也是一部铸就辉煌的发展史。伴随着我国通信事业的发展步伐,我院广大技术人员克服了重重艰难困苦,开创性地完成了国家大量通信工程的设计工作,为把我国落后的通信网络逐步建成以光缆和数字微波为骨干网,数字交换为主要核心的立体交错、四通八达的全数字通信网络,为我国的信息化网络跨进世界先进行列做出了重要贡献。我院自1992年以来一直名列“中国勘察设计综合实力百强”之中,并于1998年跻身“中国勘察设计综合实力百强”笫9名。在这巨大的通信网络构建的同时,也培养造就了一大批技术专家和优秀的管理干部,有些被输送到中央机关和各通信战线。从这里走出去的和继续在我院工作的有中国工程院院士1名,国家级设计大师6名,教授级高级工程师110名,副部级领导干部3名,厅(局)级领导干部50多人等,这些骨干力量,在不同的岗位上展现才华,流光溢彩,发挥着重要作用。 80年代以后,一大批年轻的新生力量在茁壮成长,他们理论基础扎实,计算机应用技术娴熟,外语水平较高,经过多年工程设计实践的锻烁,已经走上领导岗位和重要的技术岗位,这批力量是祖国通信事业的希望,是我院发展的中坚力量,是创建美好未来的坚实基础。
Fifty years of development of our hospital, both a pioneering history of hard work, but also cast a brilliant history of development. Accompanied by the pace of development of China’s communications industry, our technical staff overcame numerous difficulties and hardships, pioneered the design of a large number of national communications projects, to gradually build our backward communications network with optical fiber and digital microwave as the backbone , Digital exchange as the main core of the three-dimensional staggered, extending all-digital communications network for China’s information network into the world advanced ranks made an important contribution. Our hospital has been ranked among the “Top 100 Comprehensive Strengths of Chinese Survey and Design” since 1992 and among the 9th “Top 100 Comprehensive Strengths of Chinese Survey and Design” in 1998. At the same time as this huge network of communications was constructed, a large number of technical experts and outstanding management cadres were cultivated and some of them were transported to the central authorities and to the communications frontiers. There are 1 academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, 6 state-level design masters, 110 senior professor of professions, 3 leading cadres at the deputy ministerial level, 50 leading cadres at the bureau (bureau) level and more People, etc. These backbone forces have demonstrated their talent and ambition in different positions and played an important role. Since the 1980s, a large number of young emerging forces have thrived. They have solid theoretical foundation, advanced computer skills and high foreign language proficiency. They have embarked on leading positions and important technical positions after years of engineering design and practice. The strength of the batches is the hope of the cause of the motherland’s communications and the backbone for the development of our institute and a solid foundation for creating a beautiful future.
