目的 :探讨丹酚酸B通过保护心脏微血管内皮细胞(CMEC)抗心肌缺氧损伤作用机制。方法 :基于缺血预适应延迟保护机制 ,通过缺氧/复氧的CMEC损伤模型 ,观察丹酚酸B预处理的CMEC保护作用。结果 :丹酚酸B预处理与缺氧预处理作用相似 ,均可提高细胞存活率和SOD活性 ,降低LDH、NO水平。结论 :丹酚酸B预处理可激活CMEC内源性延迟保护机制 ,发挥了拮抗心肌缺血缺氧损伤效应。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of salvianolic acid B in protecting myocardium from hypoxia injury by protecting cardiac microvascular endothelial cells (CMECs). Methods: Based on the mechanism of delayed protection of ischemic preconditioning, the protective effect of salvianolic acid B preconditioning on CMEC was observed by hypoxia / reoxygenation CMEC model. Results: Salmon acid B pretreatment was similar to hypoxia preconditioning, which could increase cell viability and SOD activity, and lower the levels of LDH and NO. CONCLUSION: Salvianolic acid B pretreatment can activate endogenous delayed protective mechanism of CMEC and exert antagonistic effects on myocardial ischemia and hypoxia injury.
