目的通过某化工厂职业病危害防护设施的现场检测,查找该厂职业病危害防护设施存在的不足。方法对该化工厂供氯车间、氯化车间的氯气浓度的职业接触限值、控制风速等通风设施进行分析和评价,对通风设施方面提出改进意见和建议。结果在通风设施使用和关闭两种情况下,供氯车间通风设施对氯气浓度没有明显影响;氯化车间通风设施对氯气浓度有明显影响,两车间通风设备主要参数符合相应国家标准。结论该企业氯气危害控制在合理水平,但通风控制不明显。
Objective To detect the presence of occupational hazards in this factory through the on-site testing of occupational disease hazard protection facilities in a chemical plant. Methods Analyze and evaluate the occupational exposure limits, the control wind speed and other ventilation facilities in the chlorine supply workshop and the chlorination workshop in the chemical plant, and put forward the suggestions and suggestions on the ventilation facilities. Results There was no significant effect on the concentration of chlorine in the ventilation workshop of the workshop with the use of ventilation facilities and in the case of closure. Chlorination workshop ventilation facilities had a significant effect on the concentration of chlorine. The main parameters of the ventilation workshop in the two workshops met the corresponding national standards. Conclusion The chlorine hazard control in this enterprise is at a reasonable level, but ventilation control is not obvious.
