多年实践证明,一个单位的党风廉政建设工作搞得好不好,关键在班子,在“一把手”。中央金融工委《关于金融系统党风廉政建设责任制实施办法》规定,各级金融机构党委领导班子和行长（经理）对职责范围内的党风廉政建设负总责,明确了此项工作是“一把手工程”,但从实际工作中来看,我们有些单位和部门的主要领导对党风廉政建设存在一些不正确的认识:
Years of practice have proved that the work of improving the Party’s work style and building a clean government in one unit is good or not.
