1 临床资料 患者,女,22a,因受凉后咳嗽、咽喉痛、发热3d来院就诊。查体示:T38.4℃,WBC 6.2×10~9/L,N0.776。诊断:上呼吸道感染。即给予5％葡萄糖250ml加入鱼腥草40ml(长海医院制剂室,批号:010418)iv gtt,约5min左右,患者自感心慌,呼吸困难,烦燥不能坐。立即抬至床上,平卧吸氧。检查:脉搏细弱,无血压,意识模糊,四肢冰冷,口唇紫绀。诊断:鱼腥草引起的过敏性休克。立即iv地塞米松
