琳琳现在与老板的关系如同亲姐妹,私下亲切地称呼老板“郭姐”。老板对她非常欣赏,而且还不断交代一些更重要的任务给她。她抱着“为朋友两肋插刀”的心态,对所有老板交代的任务都用心去完成。琳琳不同于其他职员,自从4年前来到新公司从事产品渠道管理的工作,为了尽快融入新公司和团队,能够在公司站稳脚跟,她非常注意和新老板搞好关系,对老板的要求几乎有求必应,包括一些私人的事情,也是尽心尽力地完成。如今也是
