一、前言 围油栏是溢油事故处理的重要器材之一。它作为防止水面油污扩散、缩小溢油面积,配合油回收船等回收水面上的石油,是行之有效的工具。 发生溢油事故时,快速围油是防止进一步的污染最基本的手段,通常只有在预防溢油和围油时才展开围油栏。表1介绍了日本取得型式承认的A、B型围油栏的主要技术参数。技术标准中同时考虑了A、B型围油栏的展开作业性能,互换性以及各种必不可少的要素。然而仍然存在着在潮流或波浪
I. Introduction Boom is one of the important equipment for handling oil spill accidents. It acts as an effective tool to prevent the spread of oil on the water surface, reduce the area of oil spill, and recover the oil on the water surface with oil recovery ships. In the event of an oil spill, fast oiling is the most basic means of preventing further pollution. Normally, the oil boom is only started when oil spills and oil containment are prevented. Table 1 describes the main technical parameters of Type A and Type B booms recognized by Japan. Technical standards also consider the A, B-type boom booming operation performance, interchangeability and a variety of essential elements. However, there are still currents or waves
