随机抽查１００例新入院妇产科病人，进行第１个２４ｈ、第３个２４ｈ尿常规检验，并结合临床症状进行诊断。结果第１个２４ｈ尿常规检查白细胞计数超过正常范围者２５例，第３个２４ｈ尿常规检查白细胞计数超过正常者１２例，且１２例中仅有１例第１个２４ｈ尿常规检查白细胞计数正常，较医院测定的妇产科尿路感染发生率低。故需进一步抓好医院内感染的监控工作。
A total of 100 cases of newly admitted obstetrics and gynecology patients were randomized for the first 24h, third 24h urinalysis, and combined with clinical symptoms for diagnosis. Therefore, it is necessary to further monitor the surveillance of infection in the hospital.
