井下放炮炮烟熏人事故在我局很多矿井时有发生。尤其在全断面一次爆破使用炸药量较多的全岩巷道放炮,发生此类事故更为突出。此类事故发生大都由于现场人员抢救及时,造成致命伤亡的较少,因而未能引起我们思想上的重视和注意。甚至有的同志认为在低沼气矿井或全岩巷道掘进中放炮时,瓦斯涌出量少,不至于使人窒息死亡。他们只注意了煤岩中客观存在的有害气体涌出的影响,而忽视了炸药爆炸产物中的有毒
