目的探讨葵花护肝片联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压及预防药物性肝损伤的临床疗效。方法 170例高血压患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组85例。对照组给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片,观察组给予葵花护肝片联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片,比较两组疗效。结果对照组和观察组的治疗总有效率分别为96.5%、97.6%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组和观察组不良反应发生率分别为30.6%、11.8%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论葵花护肝片联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压效果良好,无病原性肝损伤发生,不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of sunflower liver tablet combined with levamlodipine besylate in the treatment of hypertension and prevention of drug-induced liver injury. Methods 170 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 85 cases in each group. The control group was given levamlodipine besylate tablets, the observation group was given sunflower liver tablets combined with levamisodipine besylate tablets, the efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 96.5% and 97.6%, respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group and observation group were 30.6% and 11.8%, respectively, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusions Sunflower Liver tablets combined with levamlodipine besylate tablets are effective in treating hypertension with no pathogenic liver injury and low incidence of adverse reactions, which deserves clinical promotion.
