任何一个企事业单位的管理者或经营者,都应该为其职工提供一个既无事故隐患,又无职业病危害、符合国家安全卫生标准的劳动生产环境。这是企事业单位在其从事生产、经营活动中所必须具备的基本条件。我国目前实行的安全生产工作方针是“安全第一,预防为主”。这是人类千百年来通过无数血的教训总结出的一条行之有效的客观真理,也是成就一切事业的前提条件。“安全第一”
