目的:高血压患者伴不宁腿综合征诊治经验。方法:收治高血压伴不宁腿综合征患者66例,应用硝苯地平控释片30mg,1次/日或血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂氯沙坦100mg,1次/日卡马西平口服,1片/次(100mg),3次/日;若效果不佳,增加到2～3片/次,3次/日;症状改善后减量,2周1个疗程,一直维持到8周,最大量≤900mg/日。结果:高血压的治疗效果:显效55例,显效率83.3%,有效10例,有效率15.1%,无效1例(1.5%),总有效率98.5%。不宁腿综合征的临床疗效治愈45例(68.2%),好转21例(32.8%),总有效率100%。结论:硝苯地平控释片30mg,1次/日或血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂氯沙坦100mg,1次/日和卡马西平治疗高血压患者伴不宁腿综合征疗效显著。
Objective: Hypertensive patients with restless legs syndrome diagnosis and treatment experience. Methods: Sixty-six patients with hypertensive patients with restless legs syndrome were treated with nifedipine 30mg, once daily, or losartan 100mg angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist once daily with carbamazepine , 1 tablet / time (100mg), 3 times / day; if the effect is not good, increase to 2 to 3 tablets / time, 3 times / day; reduce the symptoms after 2 weeks of 1 course of treatment, , The largest amount of ≤ 900mg / day. Results: The therapeutic effect of hypertension was 55 cases markedly effective, 83.3% effective, 10 effective, 15.1% effective and 1 invalid (1.5%). The total effective rate was 98.5%. Clinical results of restless legs syndrome cured 45 cases (68.2%), improved in 21 cases (32.8%), the total effective rate of 100%. Conclusion: Nifedipine controlled release tablets 30mg, once a day or angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist losartan 100mg, 1 / day and carbamazepine treatment of patients with restless legs syndrome with significant effect.
